Cheri & Debbie Behlman, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, moved to the desert because of their love of golf and the desert lifestyle.  They have lived in the desert for the last 12 years.  Identical twin sisters, Cheri and Debbie are here to serve all of your real estate needs.  From buying, selling or leasing we are here for you!

Cheri is a graduate from Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s in finance.  An entrepreneur at heart, Cheri started a women’s golf apparel company out of college.  Her enjoyment of the desert lifestyle and golf, led her to move to the desert full time and pursue a career in real estate.  Enjoying the desert lifestyle and outdoor activities when not working you can find Cheri on the golf course, hiking, biking or running.  Cheri has recently started doing triathlons and is enjoying not only the health benefits but the competition as well.

Cheri has gone above and beyond in her real estate career and currently holds a GRI designation.  With her GRI she has received additional training that you can count on receiving knowledge and guidance to help make your transaction go even smoother.

Cheri is also a Short Sale Specialist.  Cheri has been actively listing and closing short sales in the La Quinta area for the past 4 years.  Cheri will handle your short sale with the up most care and professionalism.  Cheri has the experience, knowledge and education.  Short Sale & Foreclosure Certified and HAFA Certified with a history of closed short sales!

Debbie, a graduate of Creighton University with a bachelor’s in marketing, started her career in the desert as a local golf professional. Combining her love of golf, her own experiences in the real estate market and her marketing savvy, real estate has grown to be her passion and career.  When not working you can find Debbie on the golf course, running or  hiking and enjoying all the desert has to offer.  Debbie has run in 8 half marathons from San Francisco, Las Vegas to Palm Springs! 

Debbie's interest in working with people has driven Debbie to success in working with buyers and sellers.  Debbie has her ABR® Designation.  The Accredited Buyers Representative Designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on directly working with buyer clients.  Debbie enjoys working with buyers whether finding a first time buyer their first home, a vacation home or a full time primary residence Debbie is there for you! 

Debbie also handles most of our leasing business.  With over 8 years of leasing experience Debbie is there to help you with a weekly vacation rental, a seasonal rental or a long term rental.  From listing, to finding the tenant, to checking in and out the tenant Debbie is there for you.  Leverage Debbie's experience to work for you.
