Cheri and Debbie Behlman are identical twin sisters here to serve all your real estate needs.  From buying and selling, to leasing your properties we are available to service all of your needs.

Cheri & Debbie Behlman, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, moved to the desert because of their love of golf and the desert lifestyle.  They have lived in the desert for the last 9 years.  Identical twin sisters, Cheri and Debbie are here to serve all of your real estate needs.  From buying, selling or leasing we are here for you!

Cheri is a graduate from Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s in finance.  An entrepreneur at heart, Cheri started a women’s golf apparel company out of college.  Her enjoyment of the desert lifestyle and golf, led her to move to the desert full time and pursue a career in real estate.  Cheri brings a familiarity with the local country club and golf communities here in the Coachella Valley.

Cheri has gone above and beyond in her real estate career and currently holds two designations GRI and SRES.  With her GRI she has received additional training that you can count on receiving knowledge and guidance to help make your transaction go even smoother.  Cheri's is also a Senior Residential Specialist which is a designation to train realtors to serve the real estate needs of clients 50+. 

Debbie, a graduate of Creighton University with a bachelor’s in marketing, started her career in the desert as a local golf professional. Combining her love of golf, her own experiences in the real estate market and her marketing savvy, real estate has grown to be her passion and career.  Her interest in working with people has driven Debbie to success in working with buyers and sellers.  We look forward to meeting with you and understanding your home buying, selling and leasing needs.

Recently Debbie got her ABR® Designation.  The Accredited Buyers Representative Designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on directly working with buyer clients.
