workers and check their work. We inventory your possessions after every
tenant. Payment We handle the collection of payment from the tenants. Deposits Deposits and rents are required at least 45
days in advance of occupancy. Deposits
do not apply towards rent. The
deposit will be refunded within 21 days after departure, less any damages. Cancellation
Policy In the event of a cancellation the rent is
refunded only if the property is re-rented for that time. Pets Pets are allowed at owners discretion.
